2025 Marina Season Parking Permits for the Frisco Bay Marina will be available for purchase from April 21 to June 30 only. Permits are valid from Friday, May 23 until Monday, September 1.

 

An unlimited amount of Marina Season Parking Permits are available to purchase for $99 (+ convenience fee). Permits include the following:

• Permits are valid from May 23 to September 1 

• Parking is available on a first come, first serve basis.

• There will be no restrictions on where permitholders may park at the Frisco Bay Marina during the 2025 summer season.

• Permitholders may park on a first-come, first-parked basis in any Marina parking lot.

• Obtaining a parking season permit does not guarantee a parking spot availability. 

• Overnight parking (2AM – 6AM) is allowed in ANY Marina parking lot for season permit holders only.

• Up to two (2) vehicles are allowed on the permit at a time but cannot be used at the same time or both vehicles will receive a violation.

  • Passholders must log into their season pass account and choose what license plate is active. Only one active license plate available at a time.

• Passholders will still be able to utilize 15 min unloading area near boat ramp.

• Does not guarantee a space.

• NO REFUNDS, NON-TRANSFERABLE 

• Convenience fee of $2.50 will be applied.

1. Visit the season parking pass purchase site by clicking here.

2. Once you have submitted payment, you will receive an email confirmation for your 2025 Marina Season Parking Permit. NO FURTHER ACTION IS REQUIRED.
